Even though they have academic and technical skills, they often lack those basic skills, also referred to as employability or work readiness skills.
Proexpert Training has introduced a variety of workplace readiness programmes to bridge this gap between school/studies and work, which aim to equip learners with the skills required to perform efficiently and be productive in the work environment.
