Pro Expert Institute is a verified Level 1 B-BBEE Contributor, 100% Black-owned and 100% Black Woman-owned training and skills-development provider committed to delivering quality learning with measurable business impact.
Established in 2014, our leadership team has been active in training, skills development, and workplace learning since 1997. We help organisations build capability, improve productivity, strengthen compliance, and maximise the financial and strategic benefits available through South Africa’s skills-development framework.
We are committed to youth development and transformation, with many of our team members being graduates of learnership and skills-development programmes who have progressed into employment opportunities within our organisation.
Our learning interventions are delivered by a network of highly qualified Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and experienced freelance facilitators who bring extensive industry knowledge, practical expertise, and real-world insights to every programme we deliver.
Administration & Operations Team
Our Administration and Operations Team provides the operational backbone of Pro Expert Institute, ensuring the seamless coordination of training programmes, learner support, client services, compliance processes, and day-to-day business operations.
Accreditation & Compliance
Our programmes SAQA aligned and accredited with relevant SETAs and QCTO.
We operate within the regulatory environment applicable to workplace training, skills development, and SETA-funded learning programmes.
What We Do
We provide accredited qualifications, learnerships, skills programmes, computer training, customised development interventions, leadership development, and professional coaching and mentoring.
Our focus is practical capability building: helping employees apply what they learn, helping managers lead more effectively, and helping organisations align skills development with business strategy, B‑BBEE objectives, and sector-specific requirements.
We offer training onsite, online, virtual, blended and through customised delivery models designed around each client’s operational realities.
Skills Development Grants & SDL Support
For SDL-paying organisations, Pro‑Expert Institute provides end-to-end support for:
- Workplace Skills Plans (WSPs)
- Annual Training Reports (ATRs)
- Mandatory grant submissions
- Discretionary grant applications
- SETA-funded learnerships, qualifications, and skills programmes
Our qualified Skills Development Facilitators (SDFs) assist clients with grant planning, submissions, and funding applications linked to eligible training interventions.

As Academic Director, my mission is to ensure that our programmes bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world business success. In today’s rapidly changing business environment, organisations require leaders who can navigate complexity, drive transformation, and create sustainable value.
My professional journey combines advanced business education through an MBA, ongoing doctoral studies as a Doctor of Business Management (DBM), expertise in change management, and extensive experience in executive and leadership coaching. This unique combination enables me to guide the development of programmes that are academically rigorous, industry-relevant, and focused on practical application.
